An Ignatian-inspired retreat exclusively for Catholic business owners to pray, reflect, and reconnect with God.
In the midst of deadlines, decisions, and the daily demands of leading a business, your soul needs space to breathe. This retreat is your invitation to pause — and encounter God in the silence.
Jesus said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.” —Mk 6:31
Designed exclusively for Catholic business owners, this intimate four-day retreat follows the Ignatian tradition of structured prayer, guided meditation, and authentic spiritual dialogue.
You’ll leave renewed — with a deeper relationship with God and friendships for the road ahead. Spaces are intentionally limited to foster the depth this experience deserves.
Each day is anchored in the Eucharist. The sacrament of Reconciliation offers a powerful opportunity to receive God’s mercy and spiritual renewal.
Guided reflection in the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola — structured silence, Scripture-rooted talks, and discernment exercises crafted for the Catholic business owner.
Engage in transformative conversations with a priest to strengthen your prayer life and purpose.
Engage in authentic conversations with faith-driven entrepreneurs who understand both the burdens and blessings of leading a business for God.
Heritage’s breathtaking Georgia countryside provides a stunning backdrop for contemplation — wooded prayer trails, well-appointed spaces, and the healing gift of stillness far from the noise of business.
Form lasting bonds with fellow Catholic business owners committed to their consecration and leading with faith—friendships that continue long after the retreat ends.
Welcome dinner and fellowship, opening meditation, and an invitation into the silence, as you settle into Heritage’s sacred grounds.
Mass, Confession, and meditations nourish your interior relationship with God. Evening Adoration and spiritual dialogue.
Continue to encounter the Lord more intimately in this serene atmosphere.
Sacraments, meditations, and personal prayer.
Renewal of your Consecration during Mass, opportunities to continue the journey — sent forth renewed, with a clearer vision of your calling in the marketplace.

I was particularly impressed to speak and reflect with the Lord in the many places on the grounds. The accommodations and the chef-prepared meals elevated the entire experience.
— Jo H., Retreat Guest
I had a wonderful retreat! It was obvious to me that this location would be perfect for a member retreat. I am excited about going back and sharing it with our members!
— Deacon Jody A., Retreat Guest

His Way At Work (HWAW) exists to transform workplaces by inspiring Catholic business owners to consecrate their companies to Christ and equipping them to pursue eternal value, placing God at the center.
Through our association, we walk alongside business owners as they transform their companies into outposts of His Kingdom—organizations that care for employees, their families, and customers, while creating genuine good in the world.
This retreat is an extension of that mission: a time apart to deepen your personal relationship with Christ, so that His grace can flow through all parts of your life.
Complete the form below to secure your place at the October 2026 Business Owners Retreat at Heritage. Spaces are limited. The retreat is $1,250 per person and includes lodging (private guest room and bathroom), chef-prepared meals, sacraments, spiritual direction, and retreat programming.
