Ownership is a noble vocation — unite faith and business for Eternal ROI™. — His Way At Work
Step Away.
Go Deeper.
In the midst of deadlines, decisions, and the daily demands of leading a business, your soul needs space to breathe. This retreat is your invitation to pause — and encounter God in the silence.
Jesus said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.”— Mark 6:31
Designed exclusively for Catholic business owners, this intimate four-day retreat at Heritage follows the Ignatian tradition of structured prayer, guided meditation, and authentic spiritual dialogue.
You’ll leave renewed — with a deeper relationship with God and friendships for the road ahead. Spaces are intentionally limited to foster the depth this experience deserves.
Four Days of Grace
Every element of this retreat is crafted to nourish your interior life and strengthen your identity as a Catholic leader in the marketplace.
Daily mass & confession
Each day is anchored in the Eucharist. The sacrament of Reconciliation offers a powerful opportunity to receive God’s mercy and spiritual renewal.
Ignatian meditations
Guided reflection in the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola — structured silence, Scripture-rooted talks, and discernment exercises crafted for the Catholic business owner.
Spiritual dialogue
Engage in authentic, transformative conversation with a priest to strengthen your prayer life and purpose.
Talks and reflections
Engage in authentic, transformative conversations with like-minded entrepreneurs who understand both the burdens and blessings of leading a business for God.
Sacred silence & nature
Heritage’s breathtaking Georgia countryside provides a stunning backdrop for contemplation — wooded prayer trails, well-appointed spaces, and the healing gift of stillness far from the noise of business.

Form lasting bonds with fellow Catholic business owners committed to their consecration and leading with faith — friendships that continue long after the retreat ends.

Heritage, In Our Own Words
I highly recommend Heritage to anyone looking for a place of beauty and peace. The atmosphere allows you to breathe and unwind in a busy society. Betsy & team are fantastic hosts!— Scott H., Retreat Guest
I was particularly impressed to speak and reflect with the Lord in the many places on the grounds. The accommodations and the chef-prepared meals elevated the entire experience.— Jo H., Retreat Guest
I had a wonderful retreat! It was obvious to me that this location would be perfect for a member retreat. I am excited about going back and sharing it with our members!— Deacon Jody A., Retreat Guest

His Way
At Work
His Way At Work exists to transform workplaces by inspiring Catholic business owners to consecrate their companies to Christ — and equipping them to pursue eternal value, placing God at the center of every decision.
Through the Association of Consecrated Companies, HWAW accompanies business owners in building companies that are true outposts of His Kingdom — enterprises that care for employees, serve customers, and create genuine good in the world.
This retreat is an extension of that mission: a time apart to deepen your personal relationship with Christ, so that His grace can flow through everything you lead.
