Tem m\u00fasica, fam\u00edlia e uma onda de barulho na linha de partida, e tem outra onda de barulho na linha de chegada. A corrida se decide ao longo das milhas que ficam no meio, onde ningu\u00e9m est\u00e1 olhando e nada parece importante. Um neg\u00f3cio se constr\u00f3i da mesma forma, e a maioria dos donos desiste no meio do caminho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o nunca fez parte do plano<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo mundo consegue se motivar por um momento. Esse \u00e9 exatamente o problema, porque essa sensa\u00e7\u00e3o vai embora em menos de um m\u00eas. O que faz uma empresa chegar ao quarto ano n\u00e3o \u00e9 o entusiasmo; \u00e9 organizar as coisas de forma que voc\u00ea possa se concentrar na tarefa mais f\u00e1cil que tiver \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais donos perdem suas empresas por causa da distra\u00e7\u00e3o do que por incompet\u00eancia, e a distra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um problema do ambiente muito antes de se tornar um problema de car\u00e1ter. Coloca um cara numa sala branca vazia com um \u00fanico ponto preto na parede, e ele vai olhar para o ponto, porque \u00e9 a coisa mais interessante que tem ali. Esse \u00e9 todo o segredo do foco. Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o vai conseguir vencer com for\u00e7a de vontade um celular que acende a cada noventa segundos. Voc\u00ea vai mudar o ambiente: a agenda lotada que ningu\u00e9m consegue ignorar, as notifica\u00e7\u00f5es desligadas, a porta fechada e s\u00f3 um arquivo aberto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sempre a mesma coisinha, de novo e de novo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquele pontinho preto \u00e9 uma coisinha. \u00c9 uma tarefa que se repete todo dia. Durante dois anos, quando comecei meu neg\u00f3cio, eu dedicava a primeira hora de todas as manh\u00e3s \u00e0 mesma lista, antes que mais algu\u00e9m chegasse ao pr\u00e9dio. Nenhuma dessas manh\u00e3s parecia trazer progresso, mas, ao longo desses dois anos, meu neg\u00f3cio prosperou porque mantive um foco persistente e consistente no neg\u00f3cio, e n\u00e3o apenas no dia a dia do neg\u00f3cio.\u00a0 S\u00e3o Josemar\u00eda Escriv\u00e1 chamava exatamente esse trabalho de her\u00f3ico. \u201cFaz tudo por Amor. Assim, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 pequenas coisas: tudo ser\u00e1 grande. A perseveran\u00e7a nas pequenas coisas por Amor \u00e9 hero\u00edsmo\u201d (<em>O Caminho<\/em>, 813). A tarefa em si continua sendo pequena. O que a torna her\u00f3ica \u00e9 faz\u00ea-la por amor nas manh\u00e3s em que n\u00e3o d\u00e1 pra sentir nada e n\u00e3o tem ningu\u00e9m te incentivando, e depois fazer de novo no dia seguinte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Foca em uma coisa s\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A B\u00edblia d\u00e1 a mesma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o usando a met\u00e1fora de uma corrida. \u201cVamos nos livrar de todo peso e do pecado que nos prende e perseverar na corrida que temos pela frente, mantendo os olhos fixos em Jesus\u201d (Hb 12,1-2). As duas partes dessa frase falam sobre aten\u00e7\u00e3o. Larga o que te prende e mant\u00e9m os olhos fixos em uma \u00fanica coisa. A perseveran\u00e7a desse tipo n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo que se inventa, mas sim algo que se pede e se recebe; \u00e9 por isso que as milhas do meio t\u00eam tanto lugar na sua ora\u00e7\u00e3o quanto no seu calend\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um fardo que pesa sobre quase todo propriet\u00e1rio \u00e9 a ra\u00e7a de outra pessoa. <a href=\"https:\/\/hwaw.com\/pt\/the-business-you-keep-comparing-yours-to\/\">A empresa com a qual voc\u00ea vive comparando a sua<\/a> ele t\u00e1 passando por uma fase que voc\u00ea nunca v\u00ea, e comparar a sua ter\u00e7a-feira comum com o grande an\u00fancio da empresa dele vai te custar tempo e energia que deveriam ser dedicados \u00e0 sua empresa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uma mudan\u00e7a nesta semana<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Escolhe a tarefa mais importante do seu neg\u00f3cio e transforma-a no seu \u201cponto preto\u201d. Na mesma hora do dia, no mesmo lugar do seu escrit\u00f3rio, com um \u00fanico arquivo aberto, antes que o dia fique lotado com as urg\u00eancias de todo mundo. Faz isso de forma consistente, principalmente nos dias em que a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o estiver do teu lado. Esses dias de dedica\u00e7\u00e3o se somam, e, daqui a dois anos, voc\u00ea vai olhar para tr\u00e1s e ver o progresso que foi alcan\u00e7ado gra\u00e7as \u00e0 sua determina\u00e7\u00e3o em manter o foco na miss\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oferece essa longa parte do meio ao nosso Senhor, que est\u00e1 observando. <a href=\"https:\/\/hwaw.com\/pt\/consecration\/\">Consagra a tua empresa<\/a> ao Sagrado Cora\u00e7\u00e3o, e que os anos em que ningu\u00e9m te aplaude tenham um significado eterno.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At a marathon, the crowds gather in two places.
