Jimmy has always been an advocate for mental health awareness and not judging a book—or person—by their cover. So, pairing Richard’s desire for living out his faith daily, and Jimmy’s passion for caring, the Second Chance program revived Lineage’s culture.
Jimmy is inspired daily by his employees and other co-workers on their relentless efforts to preserve this one-of-a-kind culture.

Jimmy Barnes has been the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Lineage for the past year, and previously held various leadership roles at other companies. Jimmy has always been passionate about caring for others when it comes to mental and physical health, so finding a role that meshed his leadership and caring skills was important to him. Originally from West Virginia, Jimmy spends his days with his family, advocating for CTE care, and being a dad to his daughter.
