What's Covered in This Episode
Jody Armstrong is a Master Coach at His Way at Work. For the past seven years, this position has given him the opportunity to work one-on-one with leaders and CEOs to implement something that we call a “caring culture.” Jody has helped to turn our process into a journey that’s unique and uniformed, adapting to the strengths and needs of every business.
While each company is different, Jody noticed the same questions and concerns coming from senior leaders.
Legality, autonomy, and workload were among the chief concerns.
We’ve helped companies turn each of these perceived challenges into the bedrock upon which a caring culture is built.
Listen as Chris and Jody share how they’ve helped leaders overcome these five caring culture concerns.
