En la l\u00ednea de salida hay m\u00fasica, familia y un muro de ruido, y en la meta hay otro muro de ruido. La carrera se decide a lo largo de las millas que hay en medio, donde nadie est\u00e1 mirando y nada parece importante. Un negocio se construye de la misma manera, y la mayor\u00eda de los due\u00f1os se rinden a mitad de camino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La motivaci\u00f3n nunca fue parte del plan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cualquiera puede sentirse motivado por un rato. Ese es precisamente el problema, porque esa sensaci\u00f3n se desvanece en menos de un mes. Lo que mantiene a una empresa a flote hasta el cuarto a\u00f1o no es el entusiasmo; es organizar las cosas de tal manera que puedas enfocarte en lo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que haya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1s due\u00f1os pierden sus empresas por distracciones que por incompetencia, y la distracci\u00f3n es un problema del entorno mucho antes de que se convierta en un problema de car\u00e1cter. Pon a alguien en una habitaci\u00f3n blanca y vac\u00eda con un punto negro en la pared, y se quedar\u00e1 mirando ese punto, porque es lo m\u00e1s interesante que hay ah\u00ed. Ese es todo el secreto de la concentraci\u00f3n. No vas a poder vencer con fuerza de voluntad a un celular que se ilumina cada noventa segundos. Lo que vas a hacer es cambiar el entorno: un calendario que nadie pueda consultar, las notificaciones desactivadas, la puerta cerrada y solo un archivo abierto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Siempre lo mismo, una y otra vez<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ese punto negro es algo peque\u00f1o. Es una tarea que se repite todos los d\u00edas. Durante dos a\u00f1os, cuando empec\u00e9 mi negocio, le dedicaba la primera hora de cada ma\u00f1ana a la misma lista antes de que llegara nadie m\u00e1s al edificio. Ninguna de esas ma\u00f1anas me pareci\u00f3 que supusiera un avance, pero a lo largo de esos dos a\u00f1os, mi negocio prosper\u00f3 porque mantuve un enfoque persistente y constante en el negocio, no en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda del negocio.\u00a0 San Josemar\u00eda Escriv\u00e1 llamaba \u201cheroica\u201d precisamente esa labor. \u00abHazlo todo por Amor. As\u00ed no habr\u00e1 cosas peque\u00f1as: todo ser\u00e1 grande. La perseverancia en las cosas peque\u00f1as por Amor es hero\u00edsmo\u00bb (<em>El Camino<\/em>, 813). La tarea en s\u00ed misma no es gran cosa. Lo que la hace heroica es hacerla por amor en esas ma\u00f1anas en las que no sientes nada y no hay nadie que te anime, y luego volver a hacerlo al d\u00eda siguiente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conc\u00e9ntrate en una sola cosa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las Escrituras dan la misma instrucci\u00f3n usando la met\u00e1fora de correr una carrera. \u201cDeshag\u00e1monos de todo peso y del pecado que nos ata, y corramos con perseverancia la carrera que tenemos por delante, con la mirada fija en Jes\u00fas\u201d (Heb 12:1-2). Ambas partes de esa frase tienen que ver con la atenci\u00f3n. Deja lo que te ata y enfoca tu mirada en una sola cosa. Esa perseverancia se pide y se recibe, no se inventa, por eso las millas intermedias deben estar tanto en tu oraci\u00f3n como en tu calendario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una carga que pesa sobre casi todos los due\u00f1os es la carrera de otra persona. <a href=\"https:\/\/hwaw.com\/es\/the-business-you-keep-comparing-yours-to\/\">La empresa con la que siempre est\u00e1s comparando la tuya<\/a> est\u00e1 pasando por una etapa intermedia que nunca ves, y comparar tu martes cualquiera con su gran anuncio de la empresa te va a costar tiempo y energ\u00eda que deber\u00edas dedicar a tu propia empresa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un cambio esta semana<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elige la tarea m\u00e1s importante de tu negocio y convi\u00e9rtela en tu \u201cpunto negro\u201d. A la misma hora del d\u00eda, en el mismo lugar de tu oficina, con un solo archivo abierto, antes de que el d\u00eda se llene de las urgencias de los dem\u00e1s. Hazlo de manera constante, sobre todo en los d\u00edas en que te falte motivaci\u00f3n. Los d\u00edas en los que lo haces con constancia se van sumando, y dos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, mirar\u00e1s hacia atr\u00e1s y ver\u00e1s el progreso que lograste gracias a tu determinaci\u00f3n de mantenerte enfocado en la misi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ofrece la parte del medio a nuestro Se\u00f1or, que lo ve todo. <a href=\"https:\/\/hwaw.com\/es\/consecration\/\">Consagra tu empresa<\/a> al Sagrado Coraz\u00f3n, y deja que esos a\u00f1os en los que nadie te aplaude cuenten para algo eterno.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At a marathon, the crowds gather in two places.
