O bien mantienen su fe tan en privado que nadie con quien trabajan se dar\u00eda cuenta de que les importa, o bien la imponen con tanta fuerza que la gente se pone a la defensiva cada vez que sale el tema. Ambas actitudes parten de buenas intenciones, pero ninguna da en el blanco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tenemos la responsabilidad cristiana de compartir el Evangelio en todos los \u00e1mbitos, incluido el lugar de trabajo, que a menudo es un entorno con personas de diferentes creencias. Debes manejar tu enfoque de la evangelizaci\u00f3n con cuidado, porque ah\u00ed tienes un poder real. Tu papel es compartir la virtud de la esperanza y las alegr\u00edas de la vida cristiana. Vive de tal manera que tu paz se convierta en algo que la gente no pueda explicar, y deja que su curiosidad sea la que los atraiga.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00e9 sincero sobre tu fe sin valerte de tu cargo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No escondas que eres cat\u00f3lico. Una vez que llegues al trabajo, sigue viviendo tu fe en el lugar de trabajo: reza antes de comer, mant\u00e9n el crucifijo en tu oficina y habla con franqueza sobre por qu\u00e9 haces lo que haces cuando surja el tema. Deja que la gente vea que tu identidad no es solo algo que dices ser, sino algo que vives cada d\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nunca uses tu autoridad para obligar a alguien a participar ni para imponer tus creencias. Acompa\u00f1ar a los dem\u00e1s en su camino de fe debe ser algo abierto y libre.
