Roberto Sanchez is not only the new Chief Mission Officer at Qualfon, brought aboard to oversee the spiritual growth and health of the company, Roberto is also one of the best cheerleaders for His Way at Work. Having seen first-hand the tremendous impact of the Caring Committee and other programs at Polydeck, Roberto is charged with instituting the same programs at Qualfon, globally. His Way at Work is working closely with Roberto in providing resources and support in this monumental process.
“To help as many people as possible pursue their total vocation—as individuals and as members of society—by creating an ever-growing number of job opportunities as we strive to become the outsourcer of choice for our clients.”
In order for Qualfon to properly deliver its services to its employees, the Qualfon Mission Office was created.
The Mission Office supports Qualfon’s mission to be the best BPO and make people’s lives better. Qualfon designates portions of its revenue to support employees, families, and communities, and the Qualfon Mission Office turns these funds into programs and services that enrich people’s lives.
The Mission Office is divided into five different programs:
These programs positively impact employees, families and communities. For instance, through the Give@Work program, roughly 11,086 Qualfon employees volunteered 26,366 hours of their time and service to support 45 charitable organizations and non-profit agencies across four countries in 2014.
